We value open communication, integrity, efficiency, hard work, and adaptability—ensuring that every landowner’s farm benefits from the best practices available. We are experienced in developing written agreements that provide you with cash rent and/or crop share arrangements. In the end, we want to provide a return on investment that the landowner will be happy with.
We are always looking for new and better ways to enhance your land value and our operation. We have found that discussing new and updated technologies in farming with landowners allows them to better understand the economic and environmental impacts of using these new technologies.
Our Annual Appreciation Dinner
Since 2003, we have come together annually with our landlords to celebrate a successful year. Along with great fellowship, we provide our attendees with speakers who bring educational and inspiring entertainment to the event. In years past, we have hosted a magician, a former NFL referee, NC Agricultural Commissioner, Steve Troxler, among many lively guest speakers. This event has become a staple in our operation as we bring our landowners to the farm for the evening, hosting them in our farm shop. Landowners appreciate the open-door policy we have on the farm, not only for the weeknight event, but throughout the year.
